This Provence red wine is made from a carefully balanced blend of southern grape varieties:

  • Grape varieties: Merlot 40%, Cinsault 30%, Caladoc 30%

Harvest & Winemaking

Plaisir Rouge is produced under High Environmental Value certification (HVE – Level 3), guaranteeing sustainable vineyard practices.

The vines grow on clay-limestone soils, typical of the region, bringing balance and elegance to the wine.
Yields are controlled at around 60 hl/ha to preserve fruit quality.

Winemaking is carried out with precision:

  • Controlled maceration

  • Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks

  • Bottled at the estate
