Plaisir Blanc is a white wine IGP Pays des Bouches-du-Rhône produced at the Domaine des Oullières in Lambesc. This cuvée embodies a fresh, approachable, and spontaneous style, designed for immediate enjoyment and conviviality. Plaisir Blanc is a bright, easy-to-share white wine from the south of France, true to its origin and the spirit of the domaine.

Made from vines planted on clay-limestone soils typical of the region, Plaisir Blanc benefits from a terroir that favors freshness and aromatic expression. The vineyard is managed according to the principles of High Environmental Value (HVE), with careful attention to soil preservation, biodiversity, and grape quality. Yields are controlled to ensure consistent quality from one vintage to the next.

Harvesting is carried out at optimal ripeness to preserve natural acidity and fresh aromatic profiles. Vinification emphasizes precision and simplicity. Fermentations are conducted at low temperatures to maintain fruit aromas and wine vivacity. Aging is intentionally brief, avoiding power and concentration, to keep a direct, enjoyable, and easy-to-drink style. Bottling is done on the estate.

On the palate, Plaisir Blanc shows a clear, bright color with silvery highlights. The nose is vibrant and inviting, with aromas of fresh ginger, finger lime, green lemon, and a hint of white pepper. The attack is lively and fresh, with a gourmand character and a lively finish. The acidity adds freshness and balances the roundness and notes of lime.

Plaisir Blanc is a versatile IGP white wine, ideal as an aperitif or with meals. It pairs perfectly with salads,

grilled fish, seafood, vegetarian dishes, or simple Mediterranean cuisine. Served at 10–12°C, it fully expresses its freshness. Its aging potential is estimated at two years.

The Plaisir cuvée reflects the philosophy of Domaine des Oullières: offering sincere, approachable, and consistent wines rooted in their terroir. Plaisir Blanc is an IGP Pays des Bouches-du-Rhône white wine designed for sharing, spontaneity, and pleasure.
