Harmonie de Provence Rosé is an AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence rosé wine produced at Domaine des Oullières, in Lambesc, in the heart of Provence. This cuvée embodies a refined balance between freshness, aromatic precision and the true expression of Provençal terroir. Designed as an accessible gastronomic rosé, Harmonie Rosé is equally suited to simple moments and more demanding tables.

Sourced from vineyards certified High Environmental Value (HVE Level 3), Harmonie de Provence Rosé is the result of rigorous work both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The clay-limestone soils provide natural tension and balanced structure, while the average age of the vines ensures even ripeness and clear aromatic expression. Controlled yields contribute to the wine’s natural concentration without heaviness.

Harvesting is carried out with a focus on preserving fruit freshness. Vinification favours gentle extraction to maintain aromatic finesse and the purity of the colour. Fermentations take place at low temperatures to reveal the full fruity profile characteristic of Provence rosés. Bottling is carried out at the estate, ensuring full control over every stage of production.

On tasting, Harmonie de Provence Rosé displays a pale, luminous colour with rose-petal reflections. The nose is expressive, dominated by aromas of white peach and lilac, complemented by subtle floral notes of peony and wisteria. On the palate, the attack is soft and elegant, with a balanced texture showing notes of candy sweetness and strawberry. The finish is indulgent, saline and subtly peppery.

Harmonie Rosé is a versatile Provence rosé, ideal both as an aperitif and at the table. It pairs perfectly with Mediterranean cuisine, composed salads, grilled fish, shellfish and Provençal-inspired dishes. Served between 10 and 12°C, it fully expresses its balance and freshness. Its ageing potential is estimated at two to three years, during which it retains its aromatic expression.

This cuvée reflects the Harmonie range philosophy and the Domaine des Oullières style: precise, elegant and accessible wines, deeply rooted in their terroir and crafted for the pleasure of sharing.
