Harmonie de Provence Rosé is a Provence rosé wine produced under the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence AOP at Domaine des Oullières, located in Lambesc, in the heart of Provence. This cuvée reflects a precise balance between freshness, aromatic purity and terroir expression. Designed as an approachable gastronomic rosé, it suits both relaxed moments and refined dining.

The vineyard is farmed under High Environmental Value certification, with clay-limestone soils contributing tension and balance. Careful vineyard management and controlled yields allow the grapes to reach optimal maturity while preserving freshness. Harvesting is carried out with a focus on fruit quality and aromatic clarity.

Vinification follows a gentle approach, favouring delicate extraction to maintain a pale, luminous colour and a refined aromatic profile. Fermentations at low temperature preserve the freshness and fruit-driven character typical of Provence rosé wines. Bottling takes place at the estate to ensure full control of quality.

In the glass, Harmonie de Provence Rosé displays a pale salmon hue. The nose reveals fresh red fruit aromas such as strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, complemented by subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well balanced, with a lively structure and a clean, refreshing finish.

This Provence rosé pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine, grilled fish, seafood, salads and light summer dishes. Best served between 10 and 12 degrees, it can be enjoyed over the next two to three years while retaining its freshness and elegance.
