OH Rosé is a Provence rosé wine produced under the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence AOP at Domaine des Oullières, located in Lambesc, in the heart of Provence. This cuvée expresses a modern and elegant interpretation of Provence rosé, focused on freshness, balance and immediate pleasure.

The vineyard is planted on clay-limestone soils typical of the appellation and is farmed under High Environmental Value certification. Careful vineyard management and controlled yields ensure optimal grape maturity while preserving natural freshness and aromatic intensity.

Harvesting takes place at the ideal moment to maintain acidity and freshness. Vinification follows a gentle approach with short skin contact to achieve a pale and luminous colour. Fermentation at low temperature preserves the wine’s fruity and floral aromas. Bottling is carried out at the estate, ensuring full control over quality.

At tasting, OH Rosé displays a very pale color with peachy reflections. The nose is fine and expressive, marked by aromas of raspberry and strawberry jam, accompanied by subtle floral notes. On the palate, the attack is fresh and elegant. The wine stands out for its length and a lovely, refined mouthfeel.

OH Rosé is perfect as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with summer salads, grilled fish, seafood and light Mediterranean dishes. Best served between 10 and 12 degrees, it can be enjoyed over the next two years.
