Nose: A bright nose of fresh ginger, caviar lemon and white pepper.
Palate: Gourmet and invigorating on the finish.
Plaisir White is a white wine produced under the IGP Pays des Bouches-du-Rhône at Domaine des Oullières, located in Lambesc, southern France. This cuvée is designed for immediate enjoyment, offering a fresh, approachable and easy-drinking style that reflects its origin.
The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone soils typical of the area and are farmed according to High Environmental Value standards. Careful vineyard management and controlled yields ensure consistency, freshness and aromatic clarity.
Harvesting takes place at optimal ripeness to preserve natural acidity. Vinification focuses on simplicity and precision, with low-temperature fermentation to maintain fruit expression and liveliness. Ageing is kept short to preserve a direct, fresh profile. Bottling is carried out at the estate.
In the glass, Plaisir White shows a bright, pale colour. The nose reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruits, citrus and subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine is lively, balanced and refreshing, with a clean finish.
Plaisir White is ideal as an aperitif and pairs well with salads, grilled fish, seafood and light Mediterranean cuisine. Best served between 10 and 12 degrees, it can be enjoyed over the next two years.
