OH Blanc is a white wine produced under the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence AOP at Domaine des Oullières, located in Lambesc, in the heart of Provence. This cuvée offers a fresh and modern expression of Provence white wine, focusing on balance, aromatic clarity and drinkability.
The vineyard is planted on clay-limestone soils typical of the appellation and is farmed under High Environmental Value certification. Controlled yields and careful vineyard management allow the grapes to reach optimal maturity while preserving freshness and precision.
Harvesting is carried out at the ideal moment to retain natural acidity. Vinification follows a gentle approach with low-temperature fermentation to preserve fruit purity and aromatic freshness. Bottling takes place at the estate, ensuring full quality control.
On tasting, OH Blanc displays a bright, pale colour. The nose reveals fresh aromas of citrus fruits, white-fleshed fruits and subtle floral notes. The palate is lively and well balanced, with a refreshing structure and a clean, crisp finish.
OH Blanc is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, salads and light Mediterranean dishes. Best served between 10 and 12 degrees, it can be enjoyed over the next two years.
